What is in included in your maintenance visit?

During your maintenance visit we will:

Check for any refrigerant gas leaks (we will report any problems as soon as possible under F gas regulations)
Check that all heating and cooling operations work
Clean and sanitise coils, and treat for bacteria on indoor units
Check that the pumps and drains work and clean them as required – this is important as it can lead to legionnaires disease
Clean the filters, down units and grilles on your equipment
Clean condensers and coils and blow them out with nitrogen (subject to age & condition of the equipment)
Examine any safety controls
Inspect all electrical connections
Clean and sanitise your indoor unit evaporator using anti-bacterial and anti-mould spray

Importantly, we’ll also always make sure we leave your home as we found it.

We would recommend an annual maintenance visit to help ensure that your system continues to perform at its best. It can help to prolong the lifespan of your equipment and prevent potentially costly issues from arising.
